Beautiful Destinations x Visit Dubai

In February 2026, I was lucky enough to be selected for the Beautiful Destination Academy, powered by Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. Over the next 12 weeks, we worked in teams to shoot and edit a variety of content from businesses around Dubai.

From skyline views of The Palm, to camping in the desert, to high speed racing, this project had it all. At the end, we were asked to create a final piece that examines how we’ve developed as filmmakers over the course of our time there.

PwC Transformation Stories: Chapeldown Wines

(Editor)

PwC asked us to spend the day filming at Chapeldown Wines in Kent, to examine the growth that has been unlocked by the collaboration between the two brands. We leaned into various Winery-inspired backdrops for our interviews and b-roll that aimed to show off the beauty of winemaking, as well and the faces and people behind it all.

DAZN Boxing: Game. Changed.

If there’s one thing that gets the juices flowing - it’s a high-octane sports edit.

This piece for DAZN Boxing was made entirely using stock and archival footage, and it’s a tribute to those dreaming of success in the toughest sport in the world who never stop grinding.

The plan was to take the 3 tentpole stars of DAZN Boxing (then Canelo Alvarez, Anthony Joshua and Katie Taylor) and intercut them with 3 young up-and-comers, as they sweat and suffer their way into the place of their idols.

The famous poem “The Man in the Arena” by Theodore Roosevelt, was the perfect undertone to this edit.

Amazon: Never just a box

(Editor)

Using a variety of sets, props, and characters, we produced a digital commercial for Amazon to promote their end-to-end meticulousness and attention to detail in logistics that has made them the market leader they are.

The goal was simple - bring the audience with you on the entire journey, from conveyor belt to customer, from source to sea, and to mirror the fun personalities of the Amazon staff along the journey, with the customers at the end who have their own story contained within each package.

This film has a fun xmas-ad feel to it and the UGC really adds an extra layer of authenticity to this piece.

Abri and the Band

I was asked to interview and film a promo for an up-and-coming Soul singer, Abri, who is one of several musicians in Dubai paving the way for the cities new focus on arts and culture.

We spent the evening with him as he performed at Soul Kitchen and explored how Dubai has helped his evolution as an Artist.

Developing an upbeat, musical piece allowed me to lean into some more creative ideas, such as using slow shutter to represent Abri’s flow state as he gets into the zone for his performances.
